I provide PRODUCT STRategy & Creative CONSULTING

I’ve helped others, How can I help you?
I love a good project, and each one is different. We’ll work together to find the right engagement, but often it works like this:
Product and Tech Strategy
You bring me in and I get to know your product and goals
I review everything I can get my hands on
I talk to people
I find the pain points
I understand the processes
I look to your competitors
I look to other models
I build your strategy and map solutions
We discuss our new shared outlook
CREATIVE Consulting
You bring me in and I learn about what you do
We discuss what you’d like to make
I bring new perspectives and years of creative thinking
I make something for you, or
We do it together
Either way, we make something and enjoy the process
Problem Solving
You bring me in and we discuss the problem you’re facing
I look at things you’ve tried
I study what you do and what your processes are
I help determine the root cause of your problem
I look to what others are doing
I examine possible solutions
I make robust recommendations

3Gs Mentoring (part of the Sesame Workshop Alumni Network)
After successful pilot programs, 3Gs mentoring was looking for technical and product direction to guide their next steps. I reviewed their product offerings, technical solutions, and documentation. I provided comprehensive recommendations on how to build and expand their intergenerational offerings, increasing participation while bolstering the product itself.

Arts Indonesia
With a mission dedicated to the Balinese performing arts, Arts Indonesia engages in artistic collaborations that respect tradition and push artistry in new, experimental ways. I’m currently collaborating with the organization's Balinese Gamelan, Gamelan Dharma Swara, as Creative Director to produce a new multi-media work titled, “Nor’easter”. The work, partially funded by the American Composers Forum’s Jerome Fund for New Music, will be premiered in Fall 2025 and includes music, dance, and interactive technology.
PBS Kids
w/ Sudden Industries
PBS Kids brands like Nature Cat, Dr. Seuss, and Cyberchase are always looking to bolster their linear shows with interactive content that not only showcases the characters we all know and love, but also deliver on the underlying foundational educational concepts. During my tenure at Sudden Industries, I helped fulfil those goals with 10+ award winning educational games and websites including PBS kids’ 1st ever universally designed game for kids with disabilities.

The Chinese Historical Society of America (CHSA) was looking to increase their audience and expand the reach of a series of exhibitions. Working with limited budgets and resources, I produced ‘micro-sites’ using a custom content management system. These small, impactful websites were used on-site at the exhibitions and served as promotional calling cards online.
